The location is a standout feature, conveniently situated near the main square and a short walk from various attractions like the Vezio Castle. Rooms offer impressive views, with some looking out over the stunning lake, adding a picturesque touch to the stay.

The rooms can feel cramped. a couple reported their small double room made movement difficult. In addition, the bathrooms show their age, with showers that are particularly antiquated. Accessing the hotel with luggage can be tricky since it's uphill from the ferry, which is not ideal for travelers with baggage.

The small double room had a nice view with a balcony. Air conditioning was a bonus. The bathroom included toiletries and a hairdryer. Lift access was super helpful. The breakfast spread was decent, and I loved the made-to-order coffee. Massage facilities were an added treat for relaxation.

Staying in the Suite with Lake View was amazing! The room had two lovely windows with a breathtaking view of the lake. The bed was super comfy, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Decor was on point too. Breakfast was included, but it was a bit on the sweet side for my taste. The hotel's central location made it easy to access everything, and the staff were helpful. Just loved the whole vibe of the place!
